Hey guys, just a little intro post
I’ve been around the bodybuilding scene for a long time, helping plenty of guys over the years but only recently properly getting into the coaching side of things.
I specialise in all things bodybuilding, including nutrition, ped/ pharmacology supplementation and training programming. I’ve done my time in several coaching courses J3u being the most prevalent and what I will structure most of my coaching around.
I have space to take on possibly a few more guys, but this is mainly just a post for all the new guys who are just looking for general guidance or advice because they have no idea what to do in this field, whether that’s with training or nutrition or they’ve encountered negative health sides due to ped misuse based off lack of knowledge. I’m pretty active in the ugl element chat so feel free to come forward with any questions and I’ll be happy to give as much guidance as I can.
