Bodyfat: (Dexa Scan – 18.5% total, lean arms, legs, main body-fat remaining sits in mid section)
Working out since 15, serious working out 20-26, commenced again at 30. Started TRT at 31 due to low levels over the course of a year and a half of bloodwork. 120mg a week of test, experimented as low as 80mg to 150mg, 120mg gave me upper levels within range for the past 3+ years without too much E2 issues (normally bloat, acne without low dose aromasin).
Goal
I recently did a cut for four months and also a repair/heal BPC cycle which is still on-going for the next couple weeks) where I went down from 81.5 kg to 76.5 kg
My goal is to lean bulk to approx. 85 kg with a small surplus for now (10%)
Diet
I haven’t been weighting all my food, but have a good idea due to approx. same 5 meals in rotation. this is definitely something I'll change when I start the bulk officially, so calories/macros below is as of currently and not exact, this will change as my log progresses.
2,100 – 2,300 Calories
160-175 grams Protein
230-250 grams Carbs
55-70 grams Fat
No fast food, alcohol and minimal processed foods.
Meals consist between the following, tend to jump between about 5 total different meals;
Meal 1:
Lean bacon, eggs, carb option (toast, oats) + natural Greek yogurt.
Meal 2:
Chicken/Beef/Fish with carb option (pasta, rice, sweet potato) + vegetables.
Meal 3:
Chicken/Beef/Fish with carb option (pasta, rice, sweet potato) + vegetables.
Meal 4:
Protein shake, oats, fiber supplement.
Snack:
Occasional small sweet (less than 100 calories)
I drink approx. 2 lts of water a day, I will potentially aim for 2.5 - 3 lts a day during the cycle.
Training
Currently doing a bro-split.
Monday: Chest/Tris
Weds: Back/Bis
Friday: Shoulders/Legs
30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week.
This will be adjusted when I start my bulk officially, potentially moving to a 4 day split, e.g.
Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Back/Bis
Weds: Rest / Active Recovery (light cardio, yoga, stretching)
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders/Chest
Bloods
Everything is currently in order and in range (including test and E2) only thing that was out was free test by a tiny bit and HDL was 0.2 lower and LDL was 0.3 higher (mmol/L)

Previous PEDs
TRT+ as below;
BPC, TB4 and CJC to treat injuries during that time (shoulder rotary cuff, knee) in two separates 8-week cycles in a one year period. Found BPC most effective as I have used all on separate occasions and in conjunction with each other with 90% healed alongside physio.
Anavar (UGLOz) for composition and collagen synthesis for a 6+ week period of 20mg per day pre-workout. Assisted in tennis elbow issues, but didn’t help fingers, wrist and minor shoulder discomfort, however got more vascular and lean.
Deca: 50mg a week for 14 weeks due to my joint issues, trying to provide some more collagen synthesis and lubing the joints, I never finished the vial, and stopped it 2 weeks earlier than intended, as I was unfortunately susceptible to the mental sides of 19nors. E.g. quick to anger, somewhat paranoid, and even somewhat depressed. My bloods only shown elevated E2 levels at the time, everything else seemed fine (other than minor LDL and HDL out of range) but not something I'd consider again.
Planned PEDs
I'm titrating my test as of the end of this week to 200mg a week, then doing blood tests in 2-4 weeks time, prior to the official mini blast. So it'll look like the following:
Test-E: 300mg Week (Mon/Thurs Pin) - (potentially willing to increase depending on gains, sides, blood work, etc)
HCG: 500 IU Week (Mon/Thurs Pin)
BPC: 250 mcg Daily (Evenings) - This will be cycled 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
Plan for on-hand PEDs:
Masteron (If E2 elevated more than Aromasin low dose, introduce 100mg a week and get bloods after saturated)
Pharmaceuticals/Ancillaries (On Hand)
Aromasin 6.25 mg (Tues/Fri) with 150mg p/w dosage, will change depending on sides
Antibiotics (for any bad pins)
Aspirin 80 mg
Propranolol 10 mg
I will add in pictures, additional information as I proceed as this will officially take off in 2 weeks to 4 weeks maximum. In the meantime looking forward to any guidance, especially controlling E2, as I would rather perhaps add in mast instead of upping the dosage on the aromasin, but keep note, I am prone to MPB so I wouldn't want to go too crazy on the dosage.
