Hey guys

Just after a little bit of insite/advice. I’ve been on try for 12 months started on androforte cream and change to Test C injections 3 times a week at 140mg a week. But I’m looking to run my first proper cycle to gain a bit more muscle loose some fat and get that definition.

Bit of a back story 2.5 years ago I was 120kg and lost a lot on weight through proper lifestyle habits and got down to 85kg at my lightest (I’m 185cm tall) I’ve since gained some muscle and strength and am now sitting around 91kg. I’ve run a small cycle for about 6 weeks of Anavar at 20mg day and noticed some good muscle gain and felt good but I’m looking to up the ante a bit now.

I’m thinking about running to below cycle

I do have a very active job (diesel fitter in the mines) and currently work 7 days on 7 days off so it’s harder to keep a good diet while at work due to only having access to camp food, however I do meal prep my lunches and breakfast and take those to work with me. I do find my energy levels sometimes can be up and down going from training and recovery on my days off to back to work. I do sometimes have a habit at home of over training as well (gym twice a day) just to keep myself busy.

BLOODS
Waiting on current blood test to come back hopefully tomorrow, will post once I get it.

A lot of info there hopefully it looks alright and I’m on the right track.

Any advice appreciated thanks guys

I do have issues at times getting a good sleep too so any advice on supplements or things I can do to improved this would be awesome.
