This is going to be an ongoing to log as I spend the next year or 2 developing my physique under the guidance of a top Aussie coach to attempt a pro card in 2027.

Goal Weight: 98.4 limit.

Current Cycle or Plan: currently in a 3 week reverse diet with same PED protocol as I finished my cut with.

Currently in week 1 of 3 of a reverse out of a hard cut then we go into a 16 week growth phase which i don’t know what that will be as of yet but GH will be added at 5-7iu to start. Training will also change as i need to really focus on bringing up legs and chest
