Heathen_man CUT / RECOMP LOG

(Start October 2025 – Planned End January 2026)

Cycle / Log Outcome Goals:

Recomp / slow cut phase
Aiming to lean down while maintaining muscle and maybe gaining what I can and regaining strength after injury. The goal is to bring conditioning up while improving overall energy and size. Peak weight was 101kg during lean bulk, lost size since then due to taking it easy and focusing on rehab.

Personal Info / Log Introduction

Age: 24
Height: 178 cm
Current Weight: 90 kg
Goal Weight: 85 kg
Current Physique: ~18% body fat, decent upper body fullness, slightly soft midsection.
SBD max (current): S210x3, B165, D260x2. Barbell lifts will be off for now as high injury risk and prefer machines at the moment.
Coach: N/A
Background: comp natural powerlifter u21y u84 for a few years 16-21
then switched to bodybuilding focused training. Past injuries disk hernia and si joint inflammation - main reason for machine focused work outs.

Current Cycle or Plan:
Test sus 250mg platinum from UGL OZ labs, 1g per week for now pin daily, 0.6 ml daily (technically 0.57ml per day but due to loss in syringe and ect stick to 0.6).
Later plan to maybe add tren in Nov/December with reta depending on how cut is going (will decide later).

Been on cruise 200mg cruise after injury since Aug 2024 previously. That’s why I want to recomp until Jan then start proper good quality bulk march to Sep.

Lab Used:
Switched to a new trusted lab UGL OZ

Before during cruise after a suspected underdosed/bunk test from May–Aug (bloods came too low for 200mg)
Which I was using during my cruise for past year. I don't want to name the lab but it’s not from this forum so dw.

Support Supplements:
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): 1g/day
TUDCA: 500mg/day
Fish Oil: 3g/day
Magnesium + Electrolytes: for hydration, muscle recovery, and overall performance (important with 15–20k steps + cardio).
Citrus Bergamot pill

AI: None currently, prefer to monitor and only introduce if estrogenic side effects appear (bloat, mood changes, nipple sensitivity). Have AI on hand if needed. Generally dont get much sides from gear.
HCG: Not currently using, open to adding in later, mainly to maintain testicular function and improve fertility/“ropes” when paired with zinc. Happy to add if I get it sent.
Finasteride: 1 mg/day
Daily vitamin pill whatever it is idk, just general multivitamin.

Future Additions (When/If Tren Is Added Later)

Vitamin B6: 100 mg
Cabergoline

Training Program:

6-day PPL (Push/Pull/Legs ×2 weekly, split into 6 days as one push is more chest focused and then next is more triceps and shoulder, same goes for the rest).
Moderate volume, progressive overload focus, controlled tempo.

Diet Overview:

Slight deficit (~2,900 kcal).
Macros: 210 g protein / 310 g carbs / 98 g fat
Tracking: Using MacroFactor app.
Activity: 15–20k steps daily + 30 min steady-state cardio.
Approach: Recomp with mild caloric deficit and consistent tracking.

LOG UPDATES

Training Log (Weekly Updates)

Doubt I will be fucked enough to bother with lifts progress as it’s not main priority. Train hard and until failure.
Mostly body physique and good looking meals and ect.

Progress Updates / Weight Changes / Strength Progress:

Start Weight: 90 kg
Current: 90 kg (Week 1) weight fluctuate based on hydration and ect
Strength: Same as before

Notes: Noticeable pump and better shoulder definition by end of week. Prob placebo and maybe 30mg of prop somehow working.

Visual Changes:

Same as starting point maybe except slightly better pump on pull day especially in lower back.

General Comments:

Energy levels are solid while cutting and working long hours (full-time uni + 30h job).
Recovery has been smooth so far. Expecting slow, steady changes
The goal is consistency, not rushing results.

Fully aware I’ll get the usual “you don’t look like you’re on 1g of gear” comments 😂
All good, this log’s about keeping it real and tracking actual progress week by week.
