Methylene blue

Has anyone felt anxiolytic effects from methylene blue? I've gone through a bag of 10mg and not noticed much except blue piss. Was on low dose SSRI at the time, have tapered off, trying out tesofensine now (as a diet pill and hopefully some effect on mood). Trying to find something that can replace SSRIs.
