Hey Team!
Been getting more involved in the forum space as a logger recently. I've started coaching a couple of the boys who have reached out anonymously and have been loving the process. The forum community does not miss and produces some of the best, most detail oriented clients I have ever seen. A coaches dream. Seriously, you guys kick ass.
Been doing this for going on 7 years now, competing for a few myself, and pride myself on providing a grounded approach to coaching. Key areas of interest at the moment include nutrition (and supplementation), but I excel in programing for training and pharmacology as well.
My bodybuilding and coaching journey is my everything - there is no plan B.
