Im 5'10, 35, male, working on getting bigger, I've been pretty small my whole life (biggest I got was 76kg 9 years ago when I hit the gym last)
67kg early september, 73 kg start of december, 82kg currently (although id say a few kg of that is fat from bulking)
Target was 85 then cut, but i don't think ill be happy with what i have there so I'm going to push it out to 90.
Based on looking at some logs on here and a few pictures of other people around my height, i think my target is around 80-85kg, but thats pretty arbitrary, Its a specific look im after. Not aiming for a crazy shredded look, just some nice definition and a few veins, so i think i want to end up around 15-20% bf
Just started a cycle (going to run for 16 weeks), planning to do PCT after (maybe) depending on how my T levels rebound. If they don't then I've made peace with jumping on TRT at a pretty low dose.
