They run another cycle, maybe bump the dose, and yeah.. more size comes with it. The scales go up, but they just don't look any better..
This can go on for years.
What most guys don’t realise is this: You’re probably already carrying all the muscle you want. It’s just buried under fat, water, and inflammation from overdoing it on the drugs, and underdoing it on the basics.

If you're 95-110kg bloated and watery..? You DONT need more muscle, you need less fat. And heres the other hard truth.. you probably need to get a LOT lighter than you ever have before.
