I aim for a nice and steady growth phase, it’s my first bulk so I plan to do it properly and put some quality tissue on, bring up some weak points and overall, just get huge while minimising fat gain.

Was cruising on 200 test for my cut but now that it’s done I’ll be starting off with some test, mast, NPP, anavar and HGH. Have some arimidex to keep the E2 down because unfortunately I aromatise heavily when I go above 250mg test, mast doesn’t seem to control E2 for me! Have some caber on hand incase I run into any prolactin sides.

I’ll be doing moderate volume, keeping intensity high training to or very close to failure. Warming up adequately.
Diet Overview:
I should be reverse dieting properly but I’m going to jump up to 2800 calories and monitor weight daily and see how we go, if weight fluctuates but stays in the same general area after a few weeks we will up the calories slightly to ensure I don’t put myself in too much of a surplus to minimise fat gain as much as possible so I can continue my growth phase effectively.

Protein: 210g
Carbs: 315g
Fats: 75g
I plan to eat clean and eat 80% nutritious food, 20% ( bad food ) to ensure sustainability while hitting my calories, macros, and micros.
