About myself
Hello everyone
Iv been bodybuilding for about 10 years on and off now. I was training to compete in a ifbb comp in 2019 and set to compete at the end of 2020. I had an unfortunate workplace accident which prevented me from doing any type of lifting for about 4.5 years! I turned into a slob of shit… I only started back again about 6 months ago I did about 3 months natural and 3 months on cycle again. In the last 3 months I was on 375 test e and 2iu hgh and now have moved too as stated below. I started at around 26% bf and now around 14-16% (guessing) now. Only started dieting properly when I started back on the test. My goal is to get to 10% bf and then build back up from that. This is my first log
