Gday everyone
Welcome to my log! I am proudly powered by @Gorilla Labs . I'm 32 years old and I've been training since I was 16. Between the age of 25 and 29 I had a break to sort my life out (rehab) but now I am dedicated and back to it and training hard for the last 2 years.
I am a family man, a father and I bodybuild religiously as a hobby for myself. i pride myself on my dedication, discipline and work ethic. I recently hired a coach (3 months ago) and since I have
dedicated myself to the process of bodybuilding. Recording all every meal, counting calories, logging every training session and progressing my logbook every week without fail. I follow at Jordan peters style of training and I take it very seriously.
The Goal:
Get to roughly 105kg in decent shape over the next 12 months (current weight 92 lean) staying reasonably lean through this entire offseason before prep. Aiming for 2026 season B classic Physique
The cycle:
400mg Test E weekly
300mg NPP weekly
600mg Primo weekly
5iu GH every night
Novorapid slin pre workout 5 units
Lantus 10 units on high carb days
The aim is to run this cycle my entire off season with regular bloods, good dieting with ancillaries and supplements in place to keep bloodwork in check.
Supplements and ancillaries
Aromisin 10mg 2x weekly for e2 control if needed
5mg cialis daily
10mg ezetimibe daily for cholesterol
Kaizen 1ml pre workout driven nutrition
Liver and organ defender 5 percent 9 caps
Fish oil 4g
Vitamin d 3g
Creatine
Bcaas, eaas
Karbolyn Intra
Lantus on leg days 10 units
5 units novo rapid pre workout slin
Glutathione driven nutrition
Current Split:
Push, Pull, Rest, legs, rest, rest, upper, rest, rest, repeat

I work shift work 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 days off. So I train 3 of my 4 days off and the day between day shifts and night shifts.
