hey Guys

I’m looking for some advice and guidance on managing some symptoms I’m dealing with on my current cruise dose.
I’m currently pinning 125mg of testosterone per week, split into 3 injections. Prior to starting testosterone again , I had issues with gyno occasional flare ups from years of steriod use in the past , but since resuming testosterone, my gyno has flared up quite a bit. It’s become more sensitive, and the glandular lump has gotten bigger/hard.

On top of that, I’ve been feeling flu-like body aches and have low libido. I’m currently waiting for primo to come back in stock, which has helped me manage my E2 in the past, but in the meantime, I’m trying to figure out what to do.

Would it be a good idea to incorporate Nolvadex and possibly an AI (like aromasin) at low doses to help manage these symptoms? If so, what would a general starting dose be for either? I’ve heard anywhere from 10 to 20mg/day for Nolvadex, and for aromasin, a quarter to half a tab twice a week.

For context, here are my blood work results: Before Test:

  • Free Test 346
  • Total T: 17
  • E2: 107
After Starting Test:

  • Free Test: 1534
  • Total T: 45
  • E2: 181
Any feedback would be appreciated
Cheers fellas
