I put the customer first and have posted here after encouragement from a few members who have been purchasing from me for a good while.
My pricing strategy and everything i do really is a no bullshit approach, I don't overprice then offer everyone discount codes, I just try to keep prices reasonable and what I think is fair.
I guarantee postage and if there's any dramas all I ask is you be patient and let austpost come back and respond first , once they do I always reship.
Occasionally I might fuck up an order, I'm usually up packing till 4 or 5am and as a one man operation I'm going 100 miles an hour 18hrs a day, 7 days a week, I do my best but if there's any dramas I have an impeccable rep on the website reviews for my service.
