RECOMPOSITION, STRENGTH, TESTING THE WATERS, HAVING FUN, THRILL SEEKING

Current Weight: 77KG WAS 72KG, AFTER GOING TO THE GYM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MAYBE 7 MONTHS AND EATING MORE THEN 200 CALORIES FOR 2 MONTHS I GAINED WEIGHT MOSTLY IN STOMACH CONTENTS, GLYCOGEN, WATER ETC... (THIS HAPPENED IN THE FIRST 1-2 WEEKS AND HAS STABILISED AT 77KG)
Goal Weight: NOT GAINING TOO MUCH WEIGHT OR LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT IS PREFERABLE... WOULD BE NICE TO STAY THE SAME WEIGHT IF OPIMAL..

FOR ME, PERSONALLY, I WILL BE STARTING WITH 2000-2500 CALORIES AND GOING FROM THERE... THE CALORIES FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS WILL BE VERY DYNAMIC TO FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN MUSCLE GAIN OR PREFERABLY RECOMPOSITION!!!!!!

I ENJOY IT, MY DIET DOESN'T CHANGE VERY MUCH UNLESS CONNOISSEUR COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM IS ON SPECIAL FOR $6.... THE MUSASHI HIGH PROTEIN BAR IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME AS WELL.

FIRST DAY 10/02; FIRST INJECTION OF TREN TODAY, ONLY HAD 1ML SYRINGES ON HAND I DID 75MG OF TEST E AND 60MG OF TREN A FOR 1 SYRINGE (SO I DID 2 INJECTIONS IN ORDER TO REACH MY DESIRED 150MG OF TEST E AND 120MG OF TREN ACE EOD).. ASPIRATED BOTH TIMES, NO BLOOD, NO TREN COUGH. SLIGHT CHEST TIGHTNESS, SLIGHT ANIXIETY, FELT NORMAL OTHERWISE. (VENTREAL GLUTE INJECTIONS, LEFT AND RIGHT).... NOTE: NEXT TIME I WILL BE USING 3ML SYRINGES, ALSO NOTE; I DID MY FIRST INJECTION OF TEST E ON 02/02...
